We hope that you are pleased with your new purchase.

However, if you wish to return your product, please fill out the Return Form sent to you with your order. Please contact us via email before you mail the return so that we know to expect it, and can provide you with a timely return/refund. You have 15 days from the date you received your purchase to return your order. Please note that products returned to us must be unworn and have tags attached to them.

You are responsible for covering the applicable shipping charges. Mary and Li is not responsible for any lost packages sent to us.

Once we have received your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your credit or debit card company.

Exchanges can be made by returning your product within 15 days of the date you received your order, and then placing a new order on www.maryandli.com.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We apologise in advance if you have received an item that is defective. Please contact us via email or give us a call so that we can arrange for an exchange, or a full return including all applicable shipping charges.
